Loan Guaranty Service, Home Loan Program
The VA offers a loan program from active duty personnel who have served at least 181 days.
Life Insurance – Department of Veterans Affairs
The VAs insurance programs were developed to provide insurance benefits for veterans and service members who may not be able to get insurance from private companies because of the extra risks involved in military service, or a service connected disability.
Military Saves
Military Saves is a national campaign to persuade, motivate, and encourage military families to save money every month, and to convince leaders and organizations to be aggressive in promoting automatic savings.
Patriot Express (Small Business Administration)
The Small Business Administration’s Express program offers streamlined and expedited loan procedures for particular groups of borrowers, notably active duty military personnel, veterans, and borrowers from distressed communities.
The Post – 9/11 GI Bill
The Post-9/11 GI Bill provides financial support for education and housing to individuals with at least 90 days of aggregate service after September 10, 2001, or individuals discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days. You must have received an honorable discharge to be eligible for the Post-9/11 GI Bill.

Coast Guard Office of Work-Life
The Coast Guard’s Work-Life Program is managed by the Office of Work-Life, a Headquarters program manager staff within the Health and Safety Directorate.
